What is a Fully Welded Ball Valve

Valve body

Rotary Valve Seat

How does a Fully Welded Ball Valve Work

The fully welded ball valve comes with a spherical or cylindrical closure unit that provides on/off control of low. 

It has a bore through the center and when the valve is positioned in such a manner that the bore is aligned with the pipeline’s direction, it is in the open position and fluid can flow through it smoothly. But when rotated 90⁰, the bore is set to be perpendicular to the flow direction, which means the valve is closed and fluid cannot pass through.
